Staffing / TrainingBCDS provides professional training and testing to verify that personnel have the skills required to perform and excel at their assigned tasks. Training design, curriculum and presentation are core competencies for BCDS. BCDS requires all personnel deployed on a task order to undergo the same training and testing, whether they are BCDS employees, contractors or subcontractor personnel.
